Design Thinking – more than a buzzword

In October the time had finally come: The one-day design workshop took place online, under the direction of Joern Steinz, owner of Innominds and 8 curious and eager-to-work participants!

It has shown that Design Thinking is more than just an empty phrase. It is an open way of approaching challenges, orienting oneself to real consumer needs and having the courage to take new, concrete next steps over and over again. Sometimes ‘learning by doing’ as well. In the sense of an iterative approach, you learn from mistakes, you can adjust and optimize. And with a good error culture, really innovative approaches and solutions emerge quickly.

It was worth the time 🙂
